It’s been a busy few months for HeroCare Connect™! Throughout September and October, our team participated in a variety of events across New Jersey, connecting with military members, veterans, public safety professionals, and local organizations. Each event provided an opportunity to strengthen community relationships and raise awareness of the healthcare resources available through HeroCare Connect.

Connecting with Military Members and Veterans

HeroCare Connect participated in several events at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), including the Post Exchange Staff Health Fair on September 10, Oktoberfest on September 12, and HeroCon on September 25.

The team also attended the Burlington County Sheriff’s Office Veteran Expo on October 6, an event focused on connecting veterans with organizations and resources that support their needs.

These events provided valuable opportunities to share information about HeroCare Connect’s free healthcare concierge services and how the program helps eligible military members, veterans, and their families access specialty medical care.

Building Relationships with Community and Public Safety Organizations

Beyond military-focused events, HeroCare Connect continued its outreach through several community and professional gatherings.

On September 9, the team participated in the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce Monthly Luncheon, followed by the Hampton Lakes Fire Company Open House on October 4 and the New Jersey County Jail Wardens Association Convention on October 7–8.

These gatherings offered opportunities to connect with local leaders, first responders, and public safety professionals while introducing more people to the services available through HeroCare Connect.

Promoting Community Health and Wellness

On September 3, HeroCare Connect also participated in the Pine View Terrace Health Screening Event, supporting efforts to encourage preventive care and greater awareness of available healthcare resources.
